Job summary

gpac seeks a Vice President of Construction to lead and scale its expanding multifamily construction operations in the Midwest. The role is based in Lincoln, Nebraska, with a focus on apartments, townhomes, and mixed-use residential developments.

The ideal candidate has extensive ground-up multifamily experience and a proven track record delivering large projects from preconstruction through turnover. You will build teams, optimize processes, and partner with executive leadership to drive growth

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with ground-up multifamily construction.
• Experience delivering large-scale multifamily projects from preconstruction through turnover.
• Experience managing multiple multifamily projects concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction operations across a growing portfolio of multifamily developments.
• Provide executive oversight from preconstruction to closeout.
• Develop scalable construction systems to support growth.
• Build and mentor Project Managers, Superintendents, and leadership teams.
• Establish accountability and standards across projects.
• Develop subcontractor and trade partner networks across markets.
• Partner with executive leadership on strategy and expansion.
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and with high quality.
