Job summary

Qualifications

• Tax Credit experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED; 3–5 years related experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage the community within the approved budget and financial guidelines.
• Oversee leasing, collections, resident services, and maintenance coordination.
• Direct supervision of office staff and maintenance supervisor; ensure professional standards.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies.
• Prepare and analyze reports (leasing trends, financial performance, occupancy).
• Maintain OSHA safety standards and a professional work environment.
