Job summary

Hines is seeking a Community Manager - Multifamily in Dallas to lead daily property operations, manage the on-site team, and drive financial performance. The role focuses on budget adherence, rent collection, and maintaining high-quality resident experiences across a multifamily portfolio.

You will oversee leasing, maintenance coordination, vendor management, and compliance with company standards, while delivering exceptional service and sustaining owner relationships with timely property

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience as a residential community/property manager.
• Must hold or obtain GA real estate leasing license within 120 days.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software for reporting.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work indoors most of the time, with occasional physical inspections.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the property management team.
• Develop and monitor property budgets and analyze financial statements.
• Ensure rent collection and posting, and prepare monthly financial reports.
• Oversee lease enforcement, renewals, and inspections.
• Address resident requests and maintain property standards.
• Coordinate maintenance and vendor management.
• Maintain owner relationships and provide property performance updates.
