Job summary

Rose Associates, a leading owner, developer, and operator of residential communities in the Northeast, is seeking a seasoned Community Manager in New York. You will oversee day-to-day operations, lead Resident Managers and staff, drive leasing performance, and ensure financial and regulatory compliance while delivering exceptional resident service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• At least five years of multifamily residential community management experience.
• Proficiency with property management platforms and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with owners, senior management, residents, vendors, and partners.
• Oversee leasing activity, applications, renewals, and lease enforcement.
• Lead sales, marketing, and operations to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Monitor market conditions and coordinate with marketing for leasing strategies.
• Oversee resident retention, renewals, and leasing programs.
