Qualifications

  • 2 years minimum previous multifamily property management experience, preferably as a Community Manager or Property Manager.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Experience managing budgets, property operations, and leasing performance.
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and property management software.
  • Ability to analyze data, solve problems, and drive results.

This role oversees daily operations, financial performance, resident satisfaction, leasing results, compliance, and team development while fostering a positive living experience for residents and a strong culture for team members.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Team Development· Lead, coach, and develop onsite team members.· Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and customer service.· Recruit, onboard, and retain top talent.· Conduct regular team meetings and performance discussions.Operations & Property Performance· Oversee daily property operations and ensure company standards are met.· Drive occupancy, revenue growth, collections, and resident retention.· Monitor market trends and implement strategies to improve performance.· Maintain the property's physical appearance and operational excellence.Resident Experience· Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve resident concerns professionally.· Promote resident engagement and retention programs.· Partner with maintenance teams to ensure timely completion of service requests and make-readies.Financial Management· Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and expense control.· Monitor property financial performance and identify opportunities for improvement.· Review invoices, reports, and financial metrics for accuracy and compliance.Leasing & Marketing· Lead leasing efforts to drive occupancy and revenue growth.· Monitor leasing activity, conversions, and marketing effectiveness.· Ensure compliance with leasing policies and documentation standards.Compliance & Risk Management· Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws, company policies, and safety requirements.· Conduct property inspections and address operational risks.· Respond to emergencies and maintain accurate records.Pay Rate; $70k - $80k/yearly.Qualifications·2 years minimum previous multifamily property management experience, preferably as a Community Manager or Property Manager.· Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.· Experience managing budgets, property operations, and leasing performance.· Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and property management software.· Ability to analyze data, solve problems, and drive results.Why Join AOG Living?At AOG Living, you'll be part of a team that values people, performance, and professional growth.
