Job summary

Columbia Residential in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Community Service Technician to maintain the property's appearance and stability, oversee curb appeal, perform make-readies, and handle preventative maintenance across the multifamily and affordable housing community.

You will serve residents promptly and professionally, complete assigned repairs, adhere to safety programs, and respond to on-call emergencies within 15-30 minutes as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; trade school preferred.
• HVAC/Freon Recovery Certification required or preferred.
• CPO certification encouraged; valid driver’s license required.
• Experience in multifamily housing or maintenance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous service to residents and follow up on requests.
• Perform make-readies, repairs, and maintenance across the property.
• Inspect and maintain common areas, grounds, and building systems; report liabilities to management.
• Follow safety programs and participate in safety trainings; respond to emergencies as needed.
