Advanced Asset Management (AAM Living) is seeking an experienced Community Director/Community Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a multifamily community in Colorado. You will lead leasing, resident relations, budgeting, and team performance to maximize occupancy and financial results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multifamily property management experience.
• Experience with leasing, occupancy, and resident relations.
• Strong leadership, sales, and financial skills.
• Proficient with Yardi, AppFolio, or RealPage.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing and landlord-tenant laws.
• Ability to manage budgets and vendor relationships.
• CAM/ARM/CPM certification is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations including leasing, resident services, maintenance, and collections.
• Lead and develop onsite team to meet performance standards.
• Drive leasing, occupancy, renewals, and resident retention.
• Monitor income, delinquency, expenses, and financial performance.
• Prepare budgets, invoices, and operational reports.
• Manage resident relations and address escalated concerns.
• Coordinate with maintenance and vendors for timely work orders.
• Ensure property inspections and compliance with standards.
• Maintain accurate records and leasing data.
