Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Credit Officer Senior Associate in Risk Management and Compliance to evaluate and identify risks and interpret data to support informed credit decisions on multifamily commercial real estate loans. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business or finance required.
3 years CRE lending or 5 years other banking/finance experience.
Strong understanding of multifamily real estate valuations and cash flow analysis.
Strong financial analysis including cash flows and property valuation.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of credit analysis on multifamily and other CRE, real estate loans.
Evaluate and manage risks in each transaction.
Build relationships with internal stakeholders (sales, processing, closing, legal).
Apply policies, standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Apply data analysis to interpret results and provide insights to management.
Serve as technical expert for credit risk analysis tools.
Monitor industry trends to enhance decision-making.
