Job summary

MIG Real Estate is seeking a seasoned Regional Asset Manager for its Colorado and Washington multifamily portfolio. The role requires leading financial and management strategies, driving value-add renovations, and coordinating with on-site teams to meet aggressive deadlines.

The ideal candidate has strong capital project experience, a proven NOI uplift track record, and the ability to manage acquisitions, underwriting, and dispositions across markets in the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in finance, real estate, business or economics
• Minimum of five (5) years asset management experience with value-add multifamily investments
• Demonstrated ability to grow NOI through value enhancement strategies and proven execution
• Strong analytical and communication skills with ability to lead teams and present to senior management

Responsibilities

• Set and implement financial, business, and management strategies for Colorado and Washington multifamily investments
• Provide hands-on asset management for value-add projects, acquisitions, and dispositions
• Lead capital projects, renovations, and capital preservation initiatives
• Collaborate with acquisitions, finance, and analyst teams on underwriting and due diligence
• Monitor market conditions and adjust strategies to maximize value and performance
