Job summary

Jobot is seeking an Acquisitions Analyst in Raleigh, NC to support acquisition, disposition, and refinance execution across the portfolio. You will manage data rooms, document control, and closing checklists while coordinating with brokers, lenders, and counsel.

Role involves underwriting support, rent analyses, and collaboration with senior leadership on active transactions. A strong Excel base and LIHTC knowledge are required; growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, accounting, economics, or a related field.
• Two to four years of experience in affordable housing, multifamily real estate, or a comparable transaction environment.
• Advanced Excel proficiency and familiarity with LIHTC program fundamentals.
• Experience using AI tools for research and analysis is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain due diligence data rooms for acquisition, disposition, and refinance transactions.
• Own document control and folder architecture for all live transactions.
• Coordinate with sellers, brokers, lenders, and counsel to track items and gaps.
• Maintain closing checklists and monitor critical path against agreements and deadlines.
• Prepare initial underwriting models and perform rent analyses including LIHTC considerations.
• Normalize rent rolls, trailing statements, and unit mix data.
• Support capital expenditure scoping and transaction timelines across teams.
