Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in real estate transactions.
• Understanding of LIHTC program fundamentals.
• Ability to manage multiple active transactions.

Responsibilities

• Support acquisition, disposition, and refinance execution.
• Build and maintain due diligence data rooms.
• Prepare initial acquisition underwriting models.
