Bluecore Residential is seeking an Acquisitions Analyst in Newport Beach, CA to support the multifamily investment team from underwriting through closing. The role focuses on multifamily acquisitions and preferred equity investments, handling multiple projects with a detail-oriented, organized approach and strong underwriting and business writing skills.
The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of underwriting multifamily acquisitions and a finance-related degree, with advanced Excel, Word, and Adobe
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in finance, economics, accounting, business or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in multifamily real estate finance.
- At least 1 year underwriting multifamily acquisitions.
- Advanced computer skills; including Word, Excel and Adobe Acrobat.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent writing skills.
Responsibilities
- Review all underwriting materials.
- Analyze income and expense statements.
- Perform market studies.
- Maintain a detailed investment pipeline and communicate with senior management.
- Create executive summaries and investment memorandums.
- Work with closing team on completing checklist items.
