Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in architectural design or project/construction administration for commercial/public facilities.
• Undergraduate degree in A/E design or construction management preferred.
• Knowledge of construction means and methods and applicable codes.
• Proficiency with MS Windows applications and basic software.
• Strong technical writing skills for drawings, schedules, specs, and front-end documents.
• Familiarity with drafting/design and project scheduling programs preferred.
• Valid driver's license; ability to obtain PA clearances/background checks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture client relationships on multifaceted projects.
• Evaluate proposals and opportunities across multiple disciplines.
• Manage proposals, budgets, schedules, and additional services.
• Oversee project deliverables, reports, comments, and client expectations.
• Lead internal and external teams to advance projects.
• Manage multi-disciplinary design projects and provide construction administration.
• Develop technical specifications and contract documents; manage bidding process.
• Serve as Owner's Representative for various project types.
• Ensure quality assurance/control and oversee construction oversight.
• Mentor junior staff and promote ownership culture.
