Job summary

Barry Isett & Associates is seeking a multi-discipline Project Manager to support projects across Lehigh Valley and SE Pennsylvania. This role can be based in Allentown or other regional offices and requires design and project management experience.

The candidate should have strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and technical skills, with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients, owners, contractors, and review agencies. Emphasis on QA/QC and profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in architectural design or project/construction administration.
• Undergraduate degree in A/E design or construction management preferred.
• Knowledge of construction means and methods and codes.
• Proficient in MS Windows and technical writing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture client relationships.
• Evaluate proposals, RFPs and other multidisciplinary opportunities.
• Manage proposals, budgets, authorizations for additional services and schedules.
