Job summary

Barry Isett & Associates, Inc. is seeking a multi-discipline Project Manager to support projects across the Lehigh Valley and southeastern Pennsylvania. This role could be based in Phoenixville, Furlong, or Wyomissing offices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of architectural design or project/construction administration experience.
• Undergraduate degree in A/E design or construction management preferred.
• Knowledge of construction means and methods and Construction Codes.
• Proficiency with Windows applications and technical writing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture client relationships.
• Evaluate proposals and multi-disciplinary opportunities.
• Manage proposals, budgets, and schedules; control scope.
• Oversee project deliverables, reports, and client expectations.
• Lead internal and external teams to develop projects.
• Provide construction administration services.
• Develop technical specifications and contract documents; manage bidding.
• Serve as Owner’s Representative for various project types.
• Ensure Quality Assurance / Quality Control and construction oversight.
• Mentor junior associates and promote ownership culture.
