Job summary

Barry Isett & Associates is seeking a multi-disciplinary Project Manager to support projects in Lehigh Valley and southeastern Pennsylvania. The role may be based in Phoenixville, Furlong, or Wyomissing offices. Candidates should have design and project management experience and strong communication skills.

The successful candidate will maintain high QA/QC standards, ensure efficiency and profitability, and grow client relationships while mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in architectural design or project/construction administration of commercial/public facilities (sites/structures).
• Degree in A/E design or construction management preferred.
• Knowledge of construction means and methods and building codes.
• Proficient with Windows applications and standard office software.
• Experience with drafting/design and project scheduling programs preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain PA clearances.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture client relationships.
• Evaluate proposals and multi-disciplinary opportunities.
• Manage proposals, budgets, authorizations for services, and schedules.
• Oversee project deliverables, reports, comments, and client expectations.
• Lead internal and external teams to develop projects.
• Provide construction administration services and management of bidding processes.
• Serve as Owner’s Representative.
