Barry Isett & Associates (Isett) in Pennsylvania seeks a Project Manager/Sr. Civil Engineer with land development experience to lead public and private sector projects.

The role may be based in Wilkes-Barre, Olyphant, or Hazleton offices, requiring clear communication and team leadership across engineers and CAD staff. Qualified candidates hold a P.E., a BS in Civil Engineering, 5+ years of land development design and project management, and ability to travel to client sites and attend evening

Qualifications

• B.S. Civil Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer license required.
• Prior land development experience required.
• Ability to attend evening meetings.
• Ability to obtain PA project clearances.

• Zoning and approvals process
• Stormwater management
• Site design, grading, and erosion and sediment control plans
• Site utilities
• Hydraulic calculations
• Preparing project proposals and managing contracts, reports, and invoicing
