Job summary

Rogers Behavioral Health, Inc. is seeking a licensed mental health professional to lead psychotherapy services within an acute care setting.

The Therapist will deliver individual, group, and family therapies across inpatient, residential, and outpatient programs, while developing treatment plans and coordinating with a multi-disciplinary team. The role emphasizes licensure in LPCC/LMFT/LCSW or state-equivalent, with two-plus years in healthcare and psychiatry preferred, plus ongoing supervision

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, or related field.
• Active, full, independent licensure as LPC/LMFT/LCSW or state-equivalent (LPCC/LMHC/LCSW).
• Two years' healthcare experience and at least two years in a psychiatric setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and guide clinical interventions.
• Assess patients' needs and coordinate care with the treatment team.
• Document progress, goals, and interventions with required accuracy.
• Provide training, supervision, and support to less-experienced therapists and interns.
• Report suspected abuse according to law and policy.
• Foster interdisciplinary collaboration and professional development.
