Rogers Behavioral Health, Inc. seeks a licensed or license-eligible social work/therapy professional to lead individual, group, and family therapy sessions across acute care settings.

The role focuses on empirically supported approaches (CBT/DBT) to stabilize and support patients with mental health concerns, in collaboration with psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers. You will develop tailored treatment plans, educate patients, and document progress while adhering to regulatory

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field from an accredited program.
• Wisconsin licensure eligibility: LPC-IT, MFT-TL, APSW or equivalent.
• SAC-IT/SAC/CSAC in Wisconsin if required for program.
• Knowledge of therapeutic interventions for all ages and human growth/behavior dynamics.

Responsabilités

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Assess patients' mental health needs, strengths, and challenges.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and coordinate with care teams.
• Provide counseling using evidence-based techniques and support patient well-being.
• Educate patients about their condition, self-care, and aftercare options.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
