Job summary

Corewell Health in Grand Rapids seeks a Support Services Technician to contribute to patient care by working across Environmental Services, Nutrition Services, Reception, Patient Transport, and Supply Chain.

You will collaborate with hospital staff to deliver a clean, safe, and welcoming environment, greet visitors and patients, and assist with navigation throughout the hospital. This is a full-time day-shift role with a strong emphasis on teamwork and service excellence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1 year of relevant experience.
• Customer service experience or related exposure.

Responsibilities

• Communicates effectively with hospital staff, visitors, patients to ensure high-level service.
• This position is part of the patient care team and contributes to a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
• Greets and assists visitors, staff and patients in navigating the hospital to reach their destination.
• Completes special projects as directed.
