Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Friendly, helpful attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work well within the team and follow direction with a good attitude.
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
• Basic math and reading skills for handling pricing, labels, and inventory.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel for up to 4–8 hours and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Adherence to store policies and safety standards (including collective bargaining agreement).

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, helpful service while maintaining a professional demeanor and enhancing the customer’s shopping experience (G.O.A.T).
• Assist with customer questions, locating products, and communicating issues to store management.
• Bag groceries carefully and help customers load groceries to their vehicles.
• Maintain shopping carts and organize store entrances for customer use.
• Stock and stockroom organization across Grocery, Ecommerce, Produce, and Floral areas.
• Open boxes, refill shelves, follow planograms and price changes.
• Receive online orders, inspect items, pack for shipment, and communicate substitutions or delays.
• Produce responsibilities including cutting, labeling, and inventory counts.
• Floral responsibilities including stocking and maintaining displays and signage.
