Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Friendly, helpful attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction and service at all times.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must maintain a sense of integrity and adhere to all store policies and procedures, including safety standards and the collective bargaining agreement.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, helpful service while maintaining a professional demeanor and enhancing the customer’s shopping experience (G.O.A.T).
• Assist with customer questions, locating products, product recommendations, and communicating out-of-stock issues or customer concerns to store management.
• Bag groceries carefully and efficiently, assisting with loading groceries to customers’ vehicles.
• Ensure shopping carts are regularly gathered from the parking lot and organized at store entrances.
• Stock shelves, organize displays, fulfill e-commerce orders, and assist with floral and produce preparation.
