The GMC will stock, price, and display merchandise, ensure signage accuracy, and assist customers with loading orders and guidance throughout the store. Flexibility is required for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Friendly, helpful attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Excellent communication skills with customers and teammates.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Adherence to store policies and safety standards and the collective bargaining agreement.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, helpful service while maintaining a professional demeanor (G.O.A.T).
• Assist customers with questions, locating products, and communicating stock issues to management.
• Bag groceries and help load groceries into customers' vehicles.
• Ensure carts are available and organized at store entrances.
