Job summary

Parker Hannifin Corporation's Ravenna Plant is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support the non-latex polymer hose and tubing production. You will perform mechanical and electrical maintenance on production machinery, troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment, and work with the team to keep our extrusion process running safely and efficiently.

This hands-on, multi-craft role emphasizes safety, documentation, and collaboration on continuous improvement initiatives such as LEAN and Kaizen,

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience.
Ability to read mechanical drawings, electrical diagrams, and schematics.
Own basic hand tools; PPE and safety gear required.

Responsibilities

Ensure personal and team safety as a priority.
Install, repair, and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems on production equipment.
Perform preventive maintenance per schedules to minimize downtime.
Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment; PLC experience is a plus.
Maintain safety guards and electrical wiring per NEC.
Document maintenance activities and help manage spare parts inventory.
Support LEAN and Kaizen continuous improvement efforts.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
