Job summary

Parker Hannifin Corporation in Ravenna is seeking an experienced maintenance technician to support our plastics extrusion manufacturing line. The role focuses on hands-on multi-craft maintenance, including mechanical and electrical work, PLC troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance to keep production running safely and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in industrial maintenance, strong ability to read schematics, and a commitment to safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

Three+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a multi-craft or manufacturing environment.
Ability to interpret complex mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills; PLC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Prioritize safety for self and team.
Perform mechanical and electrical installations, repairs and troubleshooting on production machinery and plant facilities.
Conduct preventive maintenance per schedules to minimize downtime and prevent failures.
Troubleshoot and repair PLC-controlled equipment; PLC experience is a plus.
Maintain and repair safety guards, wiring, and devices to NEC standards.
Document maintenance activities and assist with spare parts management and procurement.
Support lean and Kaizen improvement initiatives.
Perform other duties as assigned.
