Job summary

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years industrial maintenance experience.
Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and schematics.
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
Experience with PLC troubleshooting preferred.
Ability to use advanced shop math and measuring tools.
Own basic hand tools; company provides replacements.
Able to stand 8+ hours, wear PPE, lift up to 45 pounds.
Strong commitment to safety, quality and teamwork.

Responsibilities

Prioritize personal and team safety.
Perform mechanical and electrical installations, repairs, and troubleshooting on production machinery and plant facilities.
Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and major failures.
Troubleshoot and repair PLC-controlled equipment; PLC experience is a plus.
Maintain safety guards, wiring, and devices to NEC codes and safety standards.
Document maintenance activities and assist with spare parts management.
Support Lean and Kaizen continuous improvement initiatives.
Perform other duties as assigned.
