Job summary

Packaging Corporation of America (PCA) seeks a Maintenance Technician for the Winter Haven, FL plant. The role involves diagnosing, repairing, rebuilding, and replacing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on plant equipment.

You will work as part of a team to safely perform preventive maintenance and respond to breakdowns in a production setting. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of troubleshooting industrial machinery; a technical degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ Years’ experience in successfully troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery.
• Experiences in Corrugated Packaging or Printing Industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing, repairing, rebuilding, or replacing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on plant equipment.
• Performing Preventive Maintenance Activities and responding to breakdown calls in a Production Environment.
• Multicraft training provided to develop additional skills.
