Job summary

Packaging Corporation of America (PCA) is hiring Maintenance Technicians in the Gallatin, Tennessee area. You will diagnose, repair, rebuild, or replace mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic plant equipment while ensuring safe, efficient production.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery.
• Experience in corrugated packaging or printing is strongly preferred.
• A technical degree in mechanical or electrical trades is a plus.
• Be authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, rebuild, or replace mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on plant equipment.
• Work with a team to safely perform preventive maintenance and respond to breakdowns in a production environment.
• All maintenance technician roles are multicraft and training is provided to develop these skills.
