Job summary

Danfoss in Mountain Home, AR seeks a MultiCraft Maintenance Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair manufacturing and facility equipment. Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams and manuals.
• Strong problem-solving, teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment failures.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production and facility equipment.
• Install, align, adjust, and maintain motors, pumps, conveyors, gearboxes, compressors, and other industrial equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including motors, motor controls, VFDs, PLC interfaces, sensors, and control devices.
