Job summary

PDM US, LLC is seeking skilled and dependable Multi-Craft Maintenance Technicians to support the safe and efficient operation of manufacturing equipment and facility systems. The role covers preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and conveyor systems.

Candidates should have strong troubleshooting skills, experience with HVAC and welding/fabrication, and the ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical degree, apprenticeship, or equivalent experience in industrial maintenance preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems independently.
• Strong understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, bearings, gearboxes, motors, and power transmission systems.
• Ability to safely use maintenance tools, diagnostic equipment, and shop machinery.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and conveyor systems.
• Diagnose equipment failures and implement effective repairs to minimize downtime.
• Install, modify, and improve equipment, machinery, and facility infrastructure.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Assist with machine moves, installations, and continuous improvement projects.
• Maintain maintenance records and complete work orders accurately.
• Follow all safety policies, lockout/tagout procedures, and environmental requirements.
• Support emergency repairs as needed to maintain production operations.
