Job summary

Aerotek seeks a Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment in a manufacturing setting. You will perform mechanical and electrical diagnostics, conduct preventive maintenance, and ensure safe, efficient operation across the facility.

Responsibilities include diagnosing gear, bearing, and pump issues; supporting PLC-controlled equipment; documenting activities; and lifting/moving heavy parts as required. On-site role with safety-focused tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing mechanical issues in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing of equipment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair production equipment to maintain safe, reliable operation.
• Diagnose mechanical issues in gears, bearings, and pumps; perform more in-depth mechanical/electrical troubleshooting as needed.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
• Follow safety procedures when working on mechanical and electrical systems.
• Document maintenance activities and communicate equipment status to team members.
