Candidates should have 2+ years of experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and be willing to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn multicraft skills.
• Ability to work the 2nd or 3rd shift and on weekends.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Technical degree or certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Diagnosing breakdowns and restoring equipment quickly and safely.
• Performing preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Working closely with production and maintenance team members.
• Continuously expanding technical skills through paid training and advancement programs.
