Job summary

Packaging Corporation of America (PCA) is seeking a Multicraft Maintenance Technician for the Cheswick, PA facility on 2nd and 3rd shifts. The role focuses on maintaining and repairing complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems in a fast-paced plant environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn multi‑craft skills.
• Ability to work assigned shift (2nd or 3rd).
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Diagnose breakdowns and restore equipment quickly and safely.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Work closely with production and maintenance teams.
• Participate in paid training and advancement programs.
