Job summary

Butterball is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician (IMT) to maintain and repair a variety of plant systems, from landscaping to equipment troubleshooting, in a multi-craft role across our NC manufacturing sites. The position emphasizes safety, cleanliness, and operability while supporting a high-performing production environment.

The role requires hands-on work, the ability to learn new technical needs of equipment, and a commitment to working safely in a dynamic manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• 2 years of previous experience working in at least one maintenance discipline.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Certificate/Diploma in Industrial Maintenance or similar area strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform general and skilled landscaping.
• Perform general and skilled janitorial functions.
• Perform general and skilled construction trade functions.
• Coordinate general maintenance and cleaning of vehicles.
• Paint, remodel, refurbish areas as needed.
• Remove and properly dispose of all recyclable materials.
