You’ll help with online order discrepancies and work with store teams to prevent future issues. This role involves rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays, with weekly opening and closing schedules.

Qualifications

• Proven customer service experience and strong communication abilities.
• Ability to resolve customer issues with a positive attitude.
• Experience handling inbound/outbound calls and emails.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Comfort with multi-line phone systems and basic VoIP tech.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
