Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 2–3 years of manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Proficient with facility equipment for troubleshooting, preventive maintenance and basic operation problems.
• Ability to obtain PIT certification and lift 50 lbs; willingness to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair plant equipment to minimize downtime.
• Perform preventive maintenance on machinery and systems.
• Repair sprinkler systems, dock doors, electrical, HVAC and lifting equipment.
• Conduct root cause analysis to prevent repeat failures.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear PPE; coordinate with leads and contractors.
