Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing facility.
• Proficient with troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and basic operating problems.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on a noisy production floor.
• Willingness to work evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair plant equipment to minimize downtime.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and ensure safe operation.
• Complete root-cause analyses for repeat failures.
• Report issues to Maintenance Lead and Plant Leadership.
• Collaborate with maintenance staff and outside contractors to complete projects.
