Mohawk Industries, a Fortune 500 flooring leader, is seeking a maintenance technician to keep plant equipment running safely and efficiently. You will troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on a variety of systems, including electrical, HVAC, and production machinery.

The role requires 2–3 years of manufacturing maintenance experience, the ability to lift 50 lb, and flexibility to work evenings, nights, weekends, and overtime.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing facility.
• Proficient with troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and basic operating problems.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on a noisy production floor.
• Willingness to work evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoot and repair plant equipment to minimize downtime.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and ensure safe operation.
• Complete root-cause analyses for repeat failures.
• Report issues to Maintenance Lead and Plant Leadership.
• Collaborate with maintenance staff and outside contractors to complete projects.
