Job summary

Mohawk Industries is seeking an experienced industrial maintenance professional to troubleshoot repairs and maintain machinery across production lines. You will work with electrical controls, conveyors, and mechanical equipment, supporting production teams to keep the plant running smoothly.

This role requires a high school diploma (associate degree preferred), 2+ years of electro-mechanical maintenance experience, and ability to read blueprints and CAD drawings.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Industrial Maintenance preferred.
• 2+ years in industrial electro-mechanical maintenance or relevant experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Able to read blueprints and CAD drawings.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot repairs and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment.
• Assist in development of production and manufacturing processes.
• Provide equipment maintenance and technical support to production.
• Test, calibrate, repair, and modify control systems per specs.
• Record data and prepare maintenance reports.
