You’ll be the connective tissue across our organic social presence, keeping all three handles moving with speed, precision, and platform fluency.

You’ll work with brand leads to execute calendars, monitor trends, manage communities, and support influencer activations—reviewing creator content and coordinating LATAM Spanish

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in social media, influencer marketing, or creator operations — agency or brand-side; internships considered.
• Hands-on experience supporting influencer campaigns: content review, approvals, briefing, and tracking.
• Familiarity with influencer management tools and comfortable pulling performance data.
• Native TikTok fluency; strong knowledge of Instagram and YouTube Shorts mechanics.

Responsibilities

• Manage cross-brand content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
• Review influencer content for brand alignment and FTC compliance.
• Coordinate briefing, feedback rounds, and revision cycles with creators to stay on schedule.
• Track influencer content performance and compile per-campaign reports.
• Manage influencer seeding logistics end-to-end: product allocation, shipping, confirmation, and follow-up.
• Maintain roster of seeded creators and track performance history and relationships.
• Support UGC identification and repurposing for organic or paid amplification.
