SharkNinja seeks a Social Media Specialist to orchestrate content across Shark Home, Ninja Kitchen, and Shark Beauty. You’ll lead calendar planning, track trends, manage communities, and support influencer activations to ensure timely, brand‑consistent content.

You’ll review creator content for accuracy, coordinate briefs, and monitor performance across three brands while engaging in LATAM Spanish language tasks daily.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in social media, influencer marketing, or creator operations
• Hands-on experience reviewing and approving influencer campaigns
• Familiarity with influencer management tools and pulling performance data
• Native TikTok fluency; strong Instagram and YouTube Shorts knowledge

Responsibilities

• Maintain a cross-brand content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
• Review and approve influencer content for brand alignment and FTC compliance
• Coordinate briefs, feedback rounds, and revision cycles with creators
• Track influencer performance metrics and compile per‑campaign reports
• Manage influencer seeding logistics and active creator rosters
