Responsibilities

• Perform and follow the Bank's policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
• Operate teller window and balance daily.
• Meet and exceed teller sale/referral goals.
• Process cash and non-cash transactions accurately and confidentially.
• Maintain knowledge of banking products, services, and technology.
• Develop relationships with clients and refer to bankers as needed.
• Comply with Bank Secrecy Act and USA PATRIOT Act provisions and report violations.
• Comply with federal and state banking regulations.
