Qualifications

Responsibilities

Provide world-class customer service at the teller window and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
Balance cash drawer and ensure adherence to bank policies and procedures.
Meet and strive to exceed teller sale/referral goals.
Acquire and maintain knowledge of banking products, services, and technology to assist customers.
Develop relationships with clients and identify opportunities to connect them with bankers for additional services.
Performs other duties such as night deposits, ATM balancing, and stocking supplies as needed.
Comply with Bank Secrecy Act, USA PATRIOT Act, and applicable banking regulations.
