Job summary

Twenty-Nine Palms Band of Mission Indians is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Operations Manager to oversee daily F&B outlets and future venues, ensuring exceptional guest service and adherence to Five Star Experience.

You will lead, train, and coach staff, manage scheduling, budgeting, liquor controls, and safety compliance, and coordinate dining room, bar, and banquet operations across multiple venues.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED required.
• Five years of supervisory/management experience.
• Must pass periodic random drug screens and background checks; Tribal Gaming License may be required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily F&B operations across multiple outlets.
• Lead by example to deliver the Five Star Experience for guests and team members.
• Coach and develop staff, ensuring policies and safety standards are followed.
• Manage scheduling, requisitions, and labor coverage.
• Monitor budgets, inventory, and beverage controls to stay within budget.
