Job description

Job Summary

• Operational responsibility for assigned district location(s) within the area with accountability for safety, customer experience and operating KPI performance.
• Maintain operational efficiencies through effective management of staff and assets.
• Manage a multi-unit network of district operations by training, developing and motivating employees to complete daily tasks with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree strongly preferred.
• Five or more years of experience in a related management role. Experience in the propane industry is a plus.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to manage in a multi-unit setting.
• Effective at training, inspiring and motivating employees to function with minimal daily supervision.
• Committed to world class safety and customer service.
