Job summary

AmeriGas Propane, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Territory Manager for the New York district. You will oversee district operations, safety, customer experience and efficiency under the Territory Manager's direction.

In this role you will manage safety, drive operational performance, and lead a team to deliver reliable service while controlling costs. A strong background in supervision and customer service is essential, with 5+ years in management preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Five or more years of management experience; propane industry a plus.
• Computer skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety within the district including compliance with safety codes.
• Enhance customer experience and address issues promptly.
• Coordinate with Service and Delivery teams to meet performance metrics.
• Plan staffing and development and conduct performance appraisals.
