Job summary

AmeriGas Propane, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Territory Manager to oversee district operations, safety, and customer experience under the Territory Manager.

This role emphasizes strong leadership, compliance with safety standards, and delivering exceptional service while managing expenses across the district. The position requires several years of management experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a focus on safety and customer satisfaction in a gas distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Five or more years’ experience in a management role.
• Experience in the propane industry is a plus.
• Computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required

Responsibilities

• Safety Management: responsible for all aspects of safety within the assigned district location and policy compliance.
• Customer Experience: prioritize customers, resolve issues, and coordinate with the Customer Experience Services team.
• Operational Efficiency: drive weekly productivity and service planners, coordinate with Service and Delivery Coordinators, and ensure procedures are followed.
• Team Management: plan and manage staffing, communicate goals, and conduct performance appraisals
