Job summary

AmeriGas Propane, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Territory Manager to oversee the district location(s). Under the Territory Manager, you will manage operations with accountability for safety, customer experience, operational efficiency and operating expenses.

This role requires leadership, five or more years in a management role, and a high school diploma (college degree strongly preferred). Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication with regulators are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree strongly preferred.
• Five or more years’ experience in a management role; propane industry experience a plus.
• Computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety compliance and promote a safety-driven culture within the district.
• Deliver excellent customer experience and proactively resolve issues.
• Drive operational efficiency and manage district performance and expenses.
• Plan, direct and manage staffing, development, and performance of employees.
