Job summary

GameStop is seeking a Store Manager in Attleboro, MA to lead store operations, develop a sales culture, and deliver complete solutions for every guest. You will supervise a retail team, train associates, and ensure outstanding guest service aligned with company standards.

You will manage inventory, POS transactions, Omni-Channel orders, loss prevention, and daily banking tasks while promoting guest loyalty programs and achieving sales and profitability goals.

Qualifications

• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to legally work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or accredited bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in business, marketing, merchandising, or related field preferred.
• At least 1 year of retail management experience required.
• At least 3 years of retail sales, guest service, and/or management/leadership experience preferred.
• Video game knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations in a multiunit capacity and drive sales and profitability.
• Provide best-in-class guest service and greet guests promptly.
• Supervise and develop associates; ensure onboarding and training adherence.
• Manage inventory, POS transactions, and ensure accurate banking and reporting.
• Fulfill Omni-Channel orders and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Maintain loss prevention practices and protect company assets.
• Communicate with District Manager and implement store initiatives.
