POP MART Americas is seeking an Operations Coordinator to oversee multiple POP MART ROBO Shop units, ensuring stock, cleanliness, and peak performance during on-site visits.

You will respond to alerts, coordinate restocks, recruit operators, perform field audits, and support launch readiness for new ROBO Shop installations.

This full-time role requires reliability, problem-solving, and strong organization in a fast-paced retail environment, with on-site work five days a week.

Responsibilities

• Manage a multi-unit POP MART ROBO Shop, performing regular onsite visits.
• Respond to machine alerts, stockouts, and operational issues promptly.
• Recruit individuals, teams, or 3rd party partners to operate ROBO Shop.
• Coordinate with restocking teams, vendors, and internal support.
• Perform field audits: inventory accuracy, cleanliness, visual merchandising compliance.
• Log visit notes, upload photos, and maintain accurate records.
• Conduct basic troubleshooting and escalate technical issues.
• Ensure product availability and uptime KPIs are met.
• Execute resets, seasonal updates, and product transitions.
• Support end-to-end execution of new ROBO Shop installations, relocations, and upgrades.
