POP MART Americas is seeking a detail-oriented Vending Operations Coordinator to oversee multiple ROBO Shop units in California. You will ensure stores are stocked, clean, and functioning, while coordinating restocks and on-site maintenance.

This role requires reliability, strong organization, and the ability to work onsite five days a week in busy retail environments such as malls and airports. You will collaborate with Retail Ops, Supply Chain, and partners to meet KPIs.

This role is the frontline operator, providing field insights, performing routine audits, and coordinating restocks, recruiting and service actions across their assigned areas. Additionally, this role supports the project management of new **ROBO Shop**installations, relocations, and upgrades, ensuring all launch activities are executed on time and meet operational standards.We follow an office policy with an expectation of five days per week working onsite.
